After 18 months of turmoil and with two lost ski seasons behind us, the mountains are the place to be. If property rental bookings are a lead indicator of sales demand, we expect the 2021/22 season to be a busy one. The challenge in some markets, particularly Swiss resorts such as St Moritz and Verbier, is now the shortage of stock.
